# Welcome to Morada OS

> Morada.ai's artificial intelligence workspace for real estate developers and homebuilders.

**Morada OS** is Morada.ai's artificial intelligence workspace for the real estate market. It puts an AI assistant to work alongside your team: connected to the tools your company already uses, with access to your organization's knowledge base, and always under your control.

You don't need to be technical to use Morada OS. If you can chat on WhatsApp, you can use Morada OS.

## What you can do

* **Analyze spreadsheets and documents**: upload a sales spreadsheet or a feasibility study and ask for analyses, projections, and summaries. The assistant also creates Excel files, charts, and reports for you.
* **Work with your tools**: connect email, calendar, CRM, and documents (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Notion) and ask things like "summarize today's emails" or "which deals are stalled this week?".
* **Query your company's knowledge**: price tables, sales policies, and manuals live in the **Brain**, your organization's knowledge base. Answers show which document the information came from.
* **Act safely**: nothing is sent or changed without your approval. The assistant prepares the action (an email, a CRM update) and waits for your ok.
