# Connect Capys

> What Morada OS queries in the Capys sales funnel, where to find the organization ID, how to connect and the usage cautions.

Capys is the CRM where many developers follow their leads and sales funnel. Once you connect Capys, you ask in plain language ("how many leads are in the Visita stage?") and Morada OS queries Capys with **your** login and answers in the chat.

Morada OS **only reads** Capys. No query changes anything in the system.

## What you can ask

<CardGroup cols={3}>
  <Card title="How many and which" icon="filter">
    How many leads are in a stage, which leads are yours, how many came in during a period. Filter by stage, broker, team, source, status or due date. The total comes first.
  </Card>

  <Card title="A specific lead" icon="user">
    Find it by lead number, email, CPF or phone and open the record or the interaction history, from the most recent to the oldest.
  </Card>

  <Card title="The names in your Capys" icon="list">
    The funnel stages, the brokers, the teams, the lead sources and the projects.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

Examples to start with:

```text wrap theme={null}
How many leads are in the Visita stage right now?
```

```text wrap theme={null}
Which of my leads are in Atendimento? Bring each one's name and last interaction.
```

```text wrap theme={null}
How many leads came in between September 1 and 20? Split them by source.
```

```text wrap theme={null}
Open the history of the lead with email [lead's email].
```

## Before you connect

Each person connects with their **own Capys login**. The connection asks for three details:

* **E-mail** (Email) and **Senha** (Password): the same ones you use to sign in to Capys.
* **ID da organização** (Organization ID): your company's identifier in Capys. The login does not work without it.

<Note>
  The right login is the **Capys CRMV2** one, which signs in with an email at `crmv2.capys.com.br`. The old **CRM Vendas** login (a username with no email) cannot be used to connect.
</Note>

### Where to find the organization ID

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the list of organizations">
    Open the [Capys list of organizations](https://crmvendas.capys.com.br/ListadeOrganizacoes.html) and pick your company.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy the code from the address">
    On the page that opens, copy the code that comes after `id=` in the address. It is 36 characters long, in the format `3f2504e0-4f89-41d3-9a0c-0305e82c3301`.
  </Step>
</Steps>

If you cannot find it, ask your company's Capys administrator for the ID.

### The Sales module

Lead and funnel queries depend on Capys's **Vendas** (Sales) module. If your account has no access to it, Morada OS warns you and says whom to ask. To check, ask "which Capys modules do I have?".

## How to connect

    In the Morada OS side menu, click **Conectores**, search for **Capys** and click **Conectar** (Connect).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill in the three fields">
    Fill in **E-mail**, **Senha** and **ID da organização** and click **Conectar**. Morada OS checks the details with Capys right away.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ready to ask">
    Capys moves to **Conectados por você** (Connected by you). Open a chat and ask.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Usage cautions

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Every list needs a narrower cut">
    Capys does not answer a query about the whole database. Before searching, Morada OS asks for a stage, a broker, a registration period or a lead. The date of the last interaction and the lead's name only help refine a search that already has one of these cuts.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="One stage at a time">
    A very wide query can take too long, and Capys cancels it. In that case, ask for one stage at a time or narrow it down by broker.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Phone, email and CPF are personal data">
    Use your leads' data in the chat only to find the record in Capys. The CPF is used to find the lead and does not come back in the answer. Do not copy phone numbers and emails out of Morada OS or into conversations with people who do not need them.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Limitations

* **No link to Capys.** Capys does not offer a link that opens a record, so Morada OS gives you the lead number to look up in Capys.
* **Project and days without interaction** appear in the results, but cannot be used as filters yet.
* **Paged lists.** Morada OS brings 30 leads at a time and up to 50 interactions from a lead's history.
* **Read-only.** Morada OS does not create leads, move stages or record interactions in Capys.

## Common problems

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title=""Capys refused access"">
    Capys gives the same answer for a wrong email, password or organization ID.

    1. Check the email and password by signing in to Capys's own login screen.
    2. Check the organization ID, as shown in [Where to find the organization ID](#where-to-find-the-organization-id).

    Then, in **Conectores → Capys**, connect again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title=""Capys denied permission for this query"">
    Your Capys account has no access to that module, usually **Vendas**. Ask the Capys administrator to enable the module on your account.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title=""Capys cancelled this query because of time"">
    The cut was too wide. Ask for one stage at a time, or narrow it down by broker or by a single lead.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title=""Capys limited the queries"">
    Capys accepts a limited number of queries at a time. Wait a minute and ask again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Support channels">
    * **Help center**: [support.morada.ai](https://support.morada.ai)
    * **Email**: `suporte@morada.ai`
    * **Platform status**: [status.morada.ai](https://status.morada.ai)
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## How to disconnect

In **Conectores**, open **Capys** and click **Desvincular** (Unlink). Morada OS deletes the stored email, password and ID and stops querying Capys right away.
