# Feedback channel

> How to tell the Morada team what you thought, what is missing and what did not work, and follow every reply without leaving Morada OS.

Morada OS has a direct channel to the people who build the product. It is where you ask for what is missing, report something that did not work the way you expected, and say what you thought of each new release.

It is not a suggestion box nobody reads. Every piece of feedback becomes a work item for the Morada team, gets a status you can follow, and receives a reply in the same place where you wrote it.

The product interface is currently in Portuguese, so UI labels below are shown as they appear on screen, with English translations in parentheses.

## 1. Sending it through the form

The full path, for when you want to attach a screenshot or take your time writing.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the channel">
    In the side menu, click **Feedback**. To go straight there, open [os.morada.ai/app/feedback](https://os.morada.ai/app/feedback).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start a new piece of feedback">
    Click **Enviar feedback** (Send feedback) at the top of the screen. If this is your first one, the button reads **Enviar meu primeiro feedback** (Send my first feedback).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write it">
    The form asks for three things:

    * **Título** (Title): sum it up in one sentence.
    * **Tipo** (Type): pick one of the four in the table below.
    * **Descrição** (Description): tell it in your own words. The more concrete, the better: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Attach a screenshot (optional)">
    An image usually explains in one second what a paragraph takes three tries to describe. You can attach up to **5 images**, of up to **10 MB** each, in PNG, JPG or WebP.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send it">
    Click **Enviar** (Send). It takes about 30 seconds, and the feedback shows up in your list already carrying its first status, **Recebido** (received).
  </Step>
</Steps>

### The four types

The type is a hint for the Morada team, not a final classification. When in doubt, pick the closest one and write the rest in the description.

| Type | When to use it |
| ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| 💡 **Melhoria** (Improvement) | An idea to make Morada OS better. |
| 🐞 **Problema** (Problem) | Something that did not work the way you expected. |
| ❓ **Dúvida** (Question)       | A question about how something works.             |
| 💬 **Outro** (Other) | Anything else you want to tell us. |

## 2. Sending it through the assistant, mid-conversation

When something happens during a conversation, you do not have to stop everything and go to another screen. Just tell the assistant right there:

> "manda um feedback pra Morada: a exportação da planilha veio sem a coluna de valores"
> (send Morada a piece of feedback: the spreadsheet export came without the amounts column)

It writes the feedback from what it understood and shows you a card in the conversation with the title, the type and the description before anything leaves Morada OS.

<Warning>
  **Nothing is sent without your confirmation.** The card is a draft: until you confirm it, it exists only there, the Morada team sees nothing, and you can discard it at no cost. If the wording is not how you would put it, ask the assistant to adjust it before you confirm.
</Warning>

The conversation the feedback was born in travels with it, so the Morada team can see the exact context where the problem showed up without asking you to reproduce everything again.

To check on a piece of feedback you already sent, just ask: "como está aquele feedback da exportação?" (how is that feedback about the export doing?).

## 3. Following what happens next

Every piece of feedback you send carries a status, and it changes on its own as the work moves. You never have to ask anyone.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Recebido (received)" icon="inbox">
    It reached the Morada team. Nobody has looked at it closely yet.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Em análise (under review)" icon="magnifying-glass">
    Someone is working out what you reported and deciding what to do about it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Planejado (planned)" icon="calendar-check">
    It is in the work queue. It is going to happen, it just has not started.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Em andamento (in progress)" icon="hammer">
    Someone is working on it right now.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Entregue (delivered)" icon="circle-check">
    It is live. Worth opening Morada OS and taking a look.
  </Step>
</Steps>

There is a sixth status, off that path: **Sem planos no momento** (not planned for now). It means the Morada team read it, understood it and decided not to pursue it for the time being. It is an honest "not now", not a silent filing, and it comes with a reply explaining why.

### Where you find out

* **A small dot on the Feedback icon** in the side menu appears whenever there is news on any of your feedback: a new reply or a status change.
* **The Morada team's reply shows up inside the feedback itself**, right next to what you wrote.
* **You can keep the conversation going there**: answer a question from the team, send more detail, report that the problem came back. It all stays in one place.

<Tip>
  In the list you can switch between **Lista** (List) and **Por status** (By status), and filter by type. Handy once you have sent several and want to see only what has been delivered.
</Tip>

## 4. Editing it after sending

Remembered a detail? Realized the title did not describe it well? Open the feedback and click **Editar** (Edit).

You can correct the **title**, the **description** and the **type** at any time, and the Morada team starts seeing the new version. The attachments you already sent stay as they are, and the conversation does not change: nothing that has been answered is lost.

## 5. Privacy

**Only you and the Morada team can see your feedback.** Not your workspace colleagues, not whoever administers the organization.

So feel free to attach the screenshot or the conversation that shows the problem: it is the kind of thing that lets the team understand in a minute what would otherwise take a week of back-and-forth.
