Speak instead of typing: voice dictation in the chat
The message box now has a microphone button. Click it to start talking and click again to stop, or hold the button while you speak and release when you are done. What you said shows up written right there, in the message box.The text arrives as a draft, never as a sent message: you read it, fix it, add what was missing and send it when it looks the way you want. And what arrives is already easy to read. Punctuation and commas come in on their own, the “ééé” and “tipo” fillers in the middle of a sentence disappear, and when you correct yourself out loud (“às 14, quer dizer, às 15” / “at 2, I mean, at 3”) only the final version stays. It was built to understand everyday spoken Portuguese.Worth knowing:- It works in the most widely used browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox). The first time, the browser asks for your permission to use the microphone.
- Each recording runs up to three minutes. If you stay quiet for a while, it stops on its own.
- If there is no speech in the audio (just noise or silence), nothing is written and Morada OS lets you know.
Send feedback without leaving Morada OS
The side menu now has Feedback: the place to tell us what you thought, ask for what is missing and let us know when something did not work the way you expected. You write it in your own words, attach a screenshot if that helps explain, and that is it.Every piece of feedback has a status you can follow without having to ask anyone: Recebido (received), Em análise (under review), Planejado (planned), Em andamento (in progress), Entregue (delivered) or Sem planos no momento (not planned for now). When the Morada team replies, the reply shows up inside your feedback and you can keep the conversation going right there.Your feedback is yours: only you and the Morada team can see what you wrote, so feel free to attach the conversation or the screen that shows the problem. The assistant files feedback for you
You can also just tell the assistant in the chat, right in the conversation where the problem came up. It writes the feedback from what it understood and shows it to you before sending: nothing is filed without your confirmation, and you can adjust the text before you say it can go.If you want to know how a piece of feedback you sent is doing, just ask.Grupos: every team gets its own space in the Brain
A team can now have its own space inside the workspace’s Brain. Comercial, Jurídico, Marketing: each group becomes a root in the sidebar, holding the team’s folders and pages.A group is a space, not a permission checkbox. People on the team find the content where they expect it; everyone else simply does not see it anywhere: not in the sidebar, not in search, not in Fontes (Sources), not in the assistant’s answers. What changes day to day:- Uploading a source: groups appear among the destinations, and each option says in one line who will see it.
- Asking in the chat: “anota no Brain do Comercial: …” (make a note in the Comercial Brain) and the assistant files it with the right team. As always, it shows the destination on the card and publishes nothing without your approval.
- Moving an existing folder: in the folder menu, Mover para um grupo (Move to a group) tells you how many pages and sources go along before you confirm.
- Creating and administering: in Configurações (Settings), under the workspace’s Grupos section.
